RENTAL POLICY
Quality Guaranteed
A RESERVATION FEE per gown is required for every reservation. A full payment of the RENTAL FEE balance is due before the rental item(s) may be picked up and taken from the store. Once you have reserved a gown. Any change of item(s) or cancellation will cause the RESERVATION FEE to be forfeited. Rescheduling is allowed up to Ten (10) days prior to pick-up date and is subject to availability, in case when the rescheduled item is not available at the preferred date, a change of item will be available to the customer, otherwise the RESERVATION FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
STRICTLY NO ALTERATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED WITH ANY RENTAL GOWN Any alteration done with the rented gown will be considered as damages. Each garment rented has a rental period of 3 days only, and shall be returned on the 3rd day from the date rented unless specified otherwise by management of Gowns of Priya. A daily penalty charge of P500.00 per day will be charged for each rental item that was returned past its return date. Damages to the gown like tears, permanent stains, burns, and the like will be charged to the customer and will be quoted on a case to case basis by that an Additional fee will be charged on top of the RENTAL FEE if the item(s) rented are damaged beyond minor repairs or lost while in the customer’s possession.
A Valid Government issued ID with photo bearing signature must be presented for every customer who will sign the Order form. Strictly NO Identification NO rental policy is enforced. Returning the item(s) rented when it is due and all shipping fees are your sole responsibility.Please be warned that when the item(s) has exceeded the due date for returns and we have not received nor successfully reached you in your given contact details. We shall then consider this as a deliberate action to not return our property and shall consider this as theft, rest assure that such cases will be dealt with accordingly. It is important to review this Rental policy prior to renting a gown.

Fitting and Visitation Form
In order to maintain the standard safety precutions for everyone, we strictly prohibited visitation and fitting without a confirmed schedule.

To ensure safety of the Shop and Gowns sanitation, we will require a fitting fee amounted to P500 only to all of our EMPERATRIZ.
Fitting Fee shall be deducted to your total rental fee upon booking confirmation.
Please also note that fitting fee is none refundable.
